processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Within South Africa.  we deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispath.

Shipping Rates. orders over R500.00 qualify for free Standard shipping.                                  . Orders under R500.00 are Charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays. while we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions. if your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at purefix.co.za
